I went vegan back in March. And have been wrestling with a demon for some time now… I lust after Kimchi and it’s high time I get my shit together and make it.
My thoughts on this so far:
- Napa Cabbage
- Bok Choy
- Bell Peppers
- Green Onions
- Sweet Potato Flour
- Dates (Get that starter going)
- Soy Sauce (Cause fish sauce? Really? What the fuck?)
- Korean Red Pepper Spice
Need to get the fixings here in the near future. But we will see how this goes.
Hmmm….doesn’t need dates or sweet potato flour….a little toasted sesame oil or miso is nice…
